300k spent on a Dehlya 25..

So the German magazine "Yacht" has spent 3yrs and around 300k Euros on doing up an old Dehlya 25, the result does look amazing, but the bill.. well seems man maths at its best.
I don't speak German but the series is still worth a watch and a follow along.

The boat is now on ebay, the question is, whats it true value? - buy it and sell the parts? or keep it and sail a one of a kind?

Definitely a keeper, you wouldn't want to have to sell that and crystalise the loss!
