Weather was nice again today and lots of Sun so decided to take the Rib out and meet up with my Friend in his Rib. Left The Deben at about 11.30 and went over to the Orwell and Suffolk Yacht Harbour. My Friend joined me and Promptly Ran out of Petrol 300 Yards from SYH. No matter he had 20 ltrs on board and went back to fill up for the Princely price of £2.20/Ltr.... Ouch

We then went back to the Deben for a blast out at Sea. Lovely day out and lovely weather. Sea was quite calm but cold 5 Degrees C my plotter said. Got back safely only to get stung by a wasp that was hiding in the back of my removable chart plotter.

Covered 25 miles in total and saw about 12 other boats out enjoying the Sun
