Can anyone supply the dimensions of the impeller OEM# 0382221.
Sierra has a replacement # 18 -45221

Provided you are sure about the year ( Model number E/J 2RCRS) I would trust the listing in the Sierra catalog

Personally I order Evinrude parts from Oakley Marine ( :: OutBoards-Direct :: ) always quoting the model number ( they ask for it anyway)
