hi
i am changing my prop this weekend and need to know
which way does the cone unscrew ,do i need any special tools what size spanner or socket to undo the nut which way will it unscrew also the outdrive lifts out the water when i put it in reverse where can i get parts from very quickly and what might i need

Everything is normal righthand thread, you will need either a set of metric allen keys for the locking bolt in the cone or a 13 mm socket depending on which type of cone you have.
The reason the drive kicks up in reverse is probably that the reverse lock spring has broken, first you need to check that the reverse lock engages and that the spring which holds it engaged isn't broken or disconnected, obvious when you look at it.
