Good guess, but no. I suppose they're like the commercial waterjets in NZ?

The boat (I keep using that term, some might call it charitable) I'm talking about is mostly non-commercial and on props.

There are plenty which meet and exceed all your previous criterias, 'cept one: the "comfortably" bit.
Unless by comfortably you mean that they just have somewhere to seat.
