After a refit, I ended up with a 240V 3 x pin socket and a fuse holder for immersion heater temporarily mounted behind chart table, about 3' from switch panel.
I plan to move both to the switch panel which also houses the VHF, 12/24 DC converter, Navtex, ST60 Multi. Mains power at 240V AC is only used when on shore power but the stated DC services will also be on. Separation would only be a few cm. The 240V switch and fuse holder would be mounted in 'gang' type dedicated plastic boxes and a wooden cover to separate from the DC equipment.
Would there be any interference issues? Should I look to mount much further away the 240V stuff?
