Dear All,

finally I have someone to take a booking from us. The venue is therefore confirmed as the Green Man at Bradwell. +441621776226
They can take a maximum of 34, and we have the Family Rooom all evening, so no need to move once we get there.

There is some accommodation for those not on boats.
There are 2 twin rooms at £55
and
1 double at £80
including breakfast on the Sunday morning

I will create a couple of replies to list the standard menu with prices. This will be supplemented by 3 specials which I will post later in the week.

As last year, we will confirm numbers and order up front to save the hassle on the day.

Please post your confirmation and an indication of what food you would like, or if you have any special needs we need to consider.

Thanks

Jim

Ignore the blonde moment /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
I shall forward to management for her to decide what I'm eating /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Jim - you have made one woman (at least) very happy - just the kind of sailing that Sheila likes at the end of October - a walk down A pontoon and a 100 yards down the foothpath /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Another trip up The Wallet would have required a hard (and expensive) sell /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Ah menu......hmmmmm

Ah.. only 20 mins drive from BYH. No excuse now /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif Put us down for 2 + anklebiter (as he is only 9 months old he is still on baby food, but will need a high chair.. or mums knee).

Will give menu choices when SWMBO has decided.

Steve

A cosy double aft cabin on Sabre is available for the night (on the nearest pontoon to The Green Man).

A meagre breakfast of cereals, egg & bacon, fruit juice, toast and marmalade, tea and/or (real) coffee will be served.

PM me.

A damp and cramped forecabin is available on Pipedream for the night (somewhere on an unlit pontoon).

A rubbish breakfast is available (bring your own). Help yourself.

You make it sound so tempting but I think I'll stick with Morgana on this one /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Jim , just a little update , spoke to Al Jones and Tina earlier and they're hoping to join in subject to other things , so possibly two more even if only for drinkies

Jim,
Mr and Mrs Solene will come along probably by road as we will be most likely racing Vreny on Sunday morning.

Will PM you with our choices from the menu

Chris and Anne
