20ft Marshan

Have a friend that is doing up 20ft Marshan (or is it Marsham ? ) He has just had the whole boat re-sprayed and needs a new rubber ( or maybe it could be pvc ) rubbing strip that goes round the middle of the outside of the boat. Does anybody know where we could acquire on of these. Does it have to be specifically for this boat or would one off say a Phantom or something similiar fit. It is quite an old boat, mid 80s I think
