2012 Medway Admirals cruise and Fishermans Court.
Weekend organised by RCC and ROFF.
The beating of the bounds starts on Saturday morning in the old Guildhall in Rochester High Street.The great and good of Medway gather to hear the chamberlain of Rochester Fishery give a account of the years fishing on the Medway and the state of the fishery in general.
The names of any new apprentices are announced and this year a certificate was awarded to the first lady fisherwoman to finish her long seven year apprenticeship.
The group in the gowns are visitors from the Thames Southwark Fishery.Representatives from the council, police,church and the law are all present.Chap on the far right of the table in the hat is the Beadle.
Club then departs on short first days cruise to upper boundary mark of the fishery and back to clubhouse for "refreshments" followed by evening BBQ and even more refreshments.
Day two
Down the river this time with an alleged F5-6 forecast.
Past HMS Bulwark with the sea scouts and pipers..
Out towards the wreck of the Montgomery past Sheerness.

Not with us by the way ..... going up to Upnor and its pubs most probably.
A collection of "Commodores" ?
Out to the wreck for short wreath laying and last post and back into Queenborough for "refreshments".
