As I mentioned on a previous post we have Versilcraft in for repair and in need of a full propeller, shaft, bearing and seal replacement. But since the original builders seem to be no longer active we'll have to search elsewhere for the replacements.
If there are companies out there that can assist with a replacement or a new/revised set up I would love to hear from them and I would love to hear your recommendations.
As aforementioned I do have a shaft drawing in PDF, photos, engine size and gear box ratios but since I can't post them here PM me with your email address and I'll send you the file.
It's a triple prop set-up with 3 x 1825 HP Caterpillars @ 2300 RPM
The gearboxes P&S are Riduttori WVS 430/1 RATIO 2,727:1 and the center is Riduttori ZWVS 440 FIRST RATIO 2,708:1 SECOND RATIO 3,250:1
Many thanks & kind regards.

Where are you located? If in the UK there are many firms capable of making any items of stern gear for your boat such as Teignbridge, Clements, Hamble Propellers, T Norris, Lake Engineering, Castle Marine.. Same will apply to European countries where there are large concentrations of boats such as Spain, Italy, Greece, France. The builder will not have made the stern gear originally but sourced it from a specialist company.

Thanks Tranona, that was the purpose of my last thread to hunt down the original suppliers so we can get the replacements from where ever the yacht builders in Italy got theirs.
We are in Asia, but we are in a Freeport Zone so we import from Europe all the time.
Location is not important to us, but getting the right quality gear is.

Doubt there is anything special about the stern gear originally fitted.

Two of the firms I suggested, Hamble Propellers and Teignbridge supply the major UK powerboat builders, both leisure and commercial. They will make to your specification.
