2000 Predator 75 Blowers Thermostat

The two extractors located on the engine room are running intermittently. Anyone know where are the thermostat located?
They run on AUTO and MANUAL... Im assuming there's a thermostat in some place.

Hi Nicolas, I think you are rather over estimating the depth of knowledge the forum has regarding Pred 75's!

I've bene on this forum for the best part of 25 years and can't recall anyone else owning one. And if they did, the extent of their DIY would be pretty limited.

I would doubt they are on a thermostat. On will be on and auto on with the ignition. I could of course be wrong!

Mine are on thermostats on a 2010 Pred 54 located centerline between the engines

Do tell, is that how the blower works in your boat, J?
Doesn't sound very logical to me, 'cause diesel engines are akin to huge blowers.
So, it doesn't make a lot of sense to have blowers running at all times while engines are running...

You here them making a right racket in Mangustas when they anchor up near and switch the engines off .

Yes. Always on. Princess are the same as are all Fairline’s.
I also have the option of turning them on manually which is useful if working in the engine room as cooler.
