Can someone please remind me of the correct oil to petrol ratio for my late 80’s 2hp Marina outboard? Also which petrol should I use?

I've got an old (80's I guess) 2 HP Mariner - I use 50:1 petrol / oil - that's 100 ml oil in a 5 litre fuel can. I use unleaded.

I have a newer 2.5hp mariner which uses 50:1 too.
I also have an old (1979ish) Evinrude 6hp and have been using the wrong mix (25:1) - now I have discovered the correct mix is 50:1, is there an additive anyone could recomend which would clean out any sludge left in the carb (i.e. without having to do it properly!)?

try a spot of RED-EX. Read instructions on bottle.
