2 minute survey for Power/Motor Boat enthusiasts!

A major requirement of my final year studying product design is the execution of a detailed study into a topic of our choice in order to design and produce a viable product that has innovative qualities and utilises new technologies.

My topic of choice is safety for recreational boating and I am mostly focusing on removing the stigma where recreational boaters are not wearing their PFD's.

most ppl here will have 21ft plus - your data will be more useful if you go up in increments of 10 feet until 60 then go 60+

did it, but mainly to state that there's another point of view based on water temp and time of year boat's in use.
I.e. med and summer, 43ft boat, not much point in wearing one. Have them handy for emergencies though.

IMHO a few more Qs would be needed plus as already stated more boat sizes. 21ft is quite different from 60ft with different expectations and dangers.

Thank you for filling out the survey and your insight, this survey was for initial research, to justify if my design direction is feasible etc, more detailed questions are likely to come in the near future. I'l admit though, underestimating the boat sizing was a rookie mistake.
