1998 45ft British made fly bridge for €50k

One of these moored locally, think is based on a generic hull, possibly a Bennet or Olinski moulded in UK.
Fit out was by independant company to customer specification and hence usually did not end up with Volvo propulsion.
Seacoral was a similar product. ?
Unfortunately selling prices do suffer due to not having the name PRINFAIR on the side and the lack of pair a green painted engines within.
Did look at a couple during one boat search, both older boats than this and did suffer mightly from customer preference for acres of proper gloomy dingy dark wood.
Newer ones most probably more modern interiors. The interior on this seems bang up to date.
An awful lot of boat for not a lot of money.

It's an auction.

We've been looking for a boat of this size without engines, and e-mailed them. They replied quickly, so it seems to be genuine enough. They had no comment on my question regarding missing engines, though.

Please keep posting any other findings, Whitelighter :-)

Something about it doesn't seem right to me either. The first thing I thought when I saw it was..............SCAM

My first thought was “distress auction”.
I’m fairly certain it won’t go for only €50k, but still could be a bargain for somebody.

Its groundhog day;)

I called the broker, mr Kappers here in Netherlands. He received no previous response on the asking price of € 129k, so the owner has put the boat up at auction now, with an opening bid at € 50k through Yachtbid.com at March 18th.

Plus some additional web ads at Inautia Yachtworls CosasBarcos etc.... which apparently worked to get this thread started !

We'll see what the future brings...

I’m not surprised - €129k was always optimistic

I’ll be surprised if it gets more than a few bids.
I guess it might get into the €60k ish
