1979 Johnson Seabreeze 4 hp....no spark on one cylinder

I have a 1979 4hp Johnson....

Symptoms...runs very rough and I belive I only have spark on one cylinder....

I have already replaced the head gasket which had a hole.....
Compression about the same on both cylinders..

new gas, carburator clean with new kit...

but, still runs very, very rough (if iI can get it started) and one plug clean and one fouled!

I suspect a problem with the coils.....

Looking for the most appropriate next step....
