1970's Yamaha 2A 646....help needed!

Hi, I've made a bit of an impulsive late night purchase a while back and I'm now hte owner of this outboard as a non runner! The previous owner says its just the points and ignition coil than 'need looking at'.

Trying to get these parts has been a nightmare but, I found what I need on ebay.
Two questions -
WHere would I find a service manual for such an old motor?
Does anyone know what size feeler gauge I'll need to set the points?

I'm pretty confident I'll get it running again..... with a little bit of luck!

Maybe there is a Seloc or Clymer manual

It may have been also sold rebadged as a Mariner (if 1974 or later) . If so you should be able to find an owners manual at http://download.brunswick-marine.com/download/main;jsessionid=105vjo07c1lcd?type=corp

Otherwise set them at 0.015" and see how it goes.

I have one given to me as a non runner. Eventually found the HT wire didn't quite reach the screw that retains it in the plug cap. The insulation looked ok and I assumed the lack of continuity was a coil problem. Still running fine.
