Replying to my own first forum I am wondering if anybody out there has one of these classics?
I acquired WD26 some four years ago. I have restored the Gaff structures (Mast, boom, goose neck and brass fitttings) and I now need to get started on the hull.
I would be grateful of some advice as I have no experience of assessing damp rot in the fender and what looks to be damp rot in the back transom joints.
Is there anybody nearby Wheathampstead in Hertfordshire who might like to contact me?
