I have a friend who owns a classic motor launch built on the south coast (believed to be devon) and thought to have been shown and bought at a boat show around 1936. Both the boat and owner are vintage models and though in good seaworthy condition, maintaining her is getting to be a problem for. She's 20'and currently has a marinised ford petrol engine. The rest of her fittings, including sea toilet and basin are all original. Any suggestions as to the best place to advertise her so as to get the best pension boosting price?

Classic boat magazine must be the obviouse choice, send in as much info as you can and they may give her an extra boost by putting her in the 'getting afloat' section, for brokerage, Peter Gregson of Wooden ships in Dartmoutrh is a real enthusiast and a pleasure to do business with, Hope this helps,
Mike.
