14ft fishing boat

Hi I have just got a boat passed to me. Unsure of the model but looks very similar to a 14ft mayland.

The floor has rotted away it looks as though it was cheap ply. Not marine grade or thick.

Does anyone have any experience replacing a floor? My plan was to leave the stringers and put new 18mm ply down. Then possibly glass it in? Not sure what would be best.

Any advice appreciated. I will get some pictures on Monday
