12v to 16.5v and 4 amps

just got a gift of a lovely telly that will fit perfectly on board...only problem it isn't 12 volts.

any easy wa to step up from 12v to 16.5v and 4 amps? otherwise got to put the telly somewhere at home :-(

Laptop power supplies are readily available on ebay You will need a higher power one such as the one listed.
