I also use 26800mAh storage device with 3 usb outlets. It also has two inlets, so can be recharged reasonably quickly. How many devices do you need to charge?
I have four of these - presently on offer, £25 is a very good price IMO, and I think 26000mAh is about the largest power bank you can get.
You can probably get toast racks from the £1 store.
The particular model of power bank I linked has a USB-C connector, which allows high-speed charging. It takes about 24 hours to charge by regular USB, or about 4 hours using a USBC charger like this one.I also use 26800mAh storage device with 3 usb outlets. Didn’t think of using a toast rack to keep things tidy. Really good idea, whether you meant it in jest or not.
I fitted this las5 year, not sure if it has the current rating as often ipad does not charge and reports incompatible device, this is normally insufficient current. It's best to get a QC (Quick Charge protocol) adaptor / socket. This allows compatible devices such as smart phones to charge much more quickly and safely.

While it may suffice for your needs it's worth pointing out that this only has 2x2.1A USB-A sockets. The one I posted earlier can deliver 18W over USB-C to charge tablets and laptops as well as phones. For most these days this is an important distinction. I do hate the LED display on the one I have though, for some reason designers these days think everything must have lights.I have just bought one of these for my boat:
