Police and Customs were in attendance at the Scottish Boat Jumble testing all of the 4 x 4s and Diesel cars for the illegal use of Red Diesel. Few years down the line we will have the Customs boat standing by outside the marina ready to pounce.

Unfortunately not. Belgium, Ireland and others all have their derogation up too. Plus even if they kept theirs and we lost ours C&E would want to see a receipt to proove the purchase was made elsewhere.
