Did anybody mention the current spate of Orca attacks - or indeed the very sad case of the British / Canadian couple found this week who seem to have perished in their liferaft, without seeming to have set off any EPIRB or similar?

I didn't listen to all the listeners calls but one at least was guy who had been attacked in Gib Straits.

Perhaps the family have decided to splash it - as one brother was on R2, and another quoted and photographed in the Guardian article? Or quite often there might be a local media story on something, and then national media picks up on it
