This was at Ocean Village last week and, IMHO, it’s not the most stylish of vessels!!

There’s a 40 m Sunseeker on our pontoon…and that looked high up. But that fishing boat is ridiculous…no fish deserves to have so much resources dedicated to it’s death

No problem it has 8 sets of fins and 4 gyros

It should be sunk at sea on principle for the hideous (and pointless) use of hull lights alone ….

Motored past it on Tuesday evening in Portsmouth harbour. Looked better in the metal than photos.

From a design point of view if you understand the Sportfishing genre it is good looking, not the best looking but good!

As a sportfish probably it does not make much sense, his backing down and fighting a tuna for some minutes will be well over some of us yearly fuel bill, but apart this I could not imagine such a 55 meter being say as agile as a sixty foot Viking Convertible.

In the end this is just a drop in an ocean showing the stupidity the super yacht industry has indulged itself in the past two decades, and definitely not the worst one.
