if you had that to spend on a boat,
What you you buy?

would it be a house with boat close by somewhere hot?

a big shinny boat?

or 2 boats, a power and a sail and even a rib to, that way you could get out on the water in just about any weather, [thats my choice]

If I had 500,00 and you had spent your 500,00 then I would hire you and your boat - how's that? /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

A Broom 450 OS, or more sensibly invest the lot in property and finance a boat offset the property income. Two assets in the end game!

You would want to have the loan against the property though so you could osffset the interest paid against the capital received in rent for tax purposes.

Hmmm

Have to be a Targa of around 34' to bladder around in and a Rustler 42 for that long distance stuff...anything left over I'd have an appartment near the moorings...

Now where are those 2 lottery tickets I'd bought and forgotten about...
