£120k AMAZING SWATH ship.... How to convince the wife we need this?

Only two problems...
1. How to connect the generators to the drive chain to get some economy. The MTUs' may be a bit thirsty.

2. I don't fancy your chances of getting into to Gunwharf Quays (Portsmouh) for a short stay, you may even find exclusion zones get larger. :ambivalence:

Agreed, it would look super cool in the marina though.

RR

LOA 105ft. Beam 55ft!! The berth would cost more than the boat. But agreed, you'd be the coolest kid in Newtown Creek - if you could get her in there... :D

That would make Match 3 look like a bath-time play thing :)

Thanks for the heads up. I've been looking for something like this for a while. We are after a craft to service the private island with missile silo in the former volcano crater.

Ah, mister Bond. So good of you to join us for dinner and I see you've brought Miss Goodhead for company. I shall tell Oddjob to set another place at the table.

Henry :)

It holds 11112 gallons (UK or US) UKG= 50516L USG= 42063L to do 400NM

Do you think it could be converted to have an outboard well for a Tohatsu?lol.;)

Cool! No yottie is going to suddenly tack in front of that thing. Arm it with a few torpedos and missiles and it could be the perfect Solent weekender

not that I can count but it cant use that much fuel it just needs another 0 to make it 4000 instead of 400 why would they make some thing like that with no range !
I'd bung a 120ft mast on it those engines would be disconnected and I'd fit electrical motors to drive it via the generators
I wonder how much it would be to fit it with in mast furling all done with the press of a button. bet you could get over 12knots

Garry could do his cycle ride on a thing that big, with spectator viewing from the bridge. including landing spot for the air-ambulance when he falls off his bike.;)

no good for me, my mooring ain't got 14' at hwst, never mind neaps
