Small osmosis blisters in a 50 y.o. yacht - so what or dangerous?

I’ve just, almost, finished that job. Of course I noticed a few blisters I’d missed when prepping to antifoul - I’ll get them next time she’s out. TBH, cutting back and polishing the topsides was a much harder job than grinding, filling and fairing the blisters and they make no difference to the...

    HMS Queen Elizabeth

It doesn’t take much intelligence to work out building two huge ships that there is neither the crews to properly man or the support fleet to operate them. They are vanity symbols harking back to a long gone empire, as stupid a waste of money as a new fleet of submarines we will never use in...

    Non yottie branded antifouling primer?

Is there a decent antifouling primer to use on bare epoxy that isn’t a marine branded product? Our local emporium of boat bits wants. £27 for a small tin of Primacon which gets a poor review. That seems ann outrageous price to me. Hammerite make a Metalic primer and a few of the yottie...

Any one fancy a change of career?

For info for the above and others, both pubs on the peninsula have been around for a long time and have always made a good return, apart from the periods when they were run by idiots..
