Not really. They tend to heel to 25 degrees or so, then they carve through the waves like a hot knife though butter.
Unless heading dead down wind - but nobody will do that in such a boat in anything other than dead calm conditions - and even then you would head up a bit and set the biggest...
In France the cheapest Dacia, the Sandero with no extras, has electric windows in the front, a media thingy to stream bluetooth audio etc. 11,990 Euros.
It does have wind up windows in the back and does not have air conditioning (essential down here).

I think the only part of the original which was used was the upper half of the transom. Rotten bits where removed and what was left was used in the lower half of the "new" transom. Everything else in the boat is new.
