Thanks, but it’s not a job I’m confident to do myself, so by the time I’ve paid the marine engineer to adapt all the pipework, I might as well simply fit the direct replacement for the original one that Beneteau fitted.

It was the calorifier. A new one has been ordered - £805…….

If there was a fresh water leak from the calorifier surely the fresh water pressure system would not pressurise, and the pressure pump would run continuously? But the fresh water system comes up to pressure in a few seconds then the pump shuts down - so I don’t think it’s that…….

Thanks everyone for your comments. However I had a new exhaust outlet elbow fitted for the launch in April 2022, so I don’t think it’s likely to be the same problem as was mentioned in the article. Any other ideas, please?
