Old but unused and used charts

Thanks for all the responses. Most of them are from around 87 the there's a few from 1980. The Black and White ones from French data are beautiful. I have my own up to date charts and these were given to me by a friends rather when he retire from sailing.

Old but unused and used charts

I have dozens of old and unused charts and quite a few used ones too. These go from the uk, down the french coast, spain, portugal and are dated the 80's. The question is are they of any value? Seems a shame to throw them away.

    Spinlock tiller extension.

Good conditon all fittings apart from the clip that holds the extension to your tiller when folded away. These can be bought from spin lock for £6. £60 please which is half the price of a new one. Extends 600 to 900. Thanks

    Greek share

Hi has anyone any experience in Greek yacht shares? £5000 seems to buy a decent boat with low yearly fees. I'm thinking motor sailor for space and comfort although I do like sailing rather than motoring? Cheers G

    Navik wind vane

I can't sell it on here because the price is above the YBW limit but they do allow one to post a link, which if I'd known earlier I would've done a week ago. It cost me £850+. Thanks for the enquiries.

    Navik wind vane

This is a used twice Navik system. It was new When I fitted it last year having spent 15 years in it's box in a loft. I fitted it in April and removed it before last years around the island race. It's listed on eBay and only has 15 hours to go. As I'm doing this from my IPad I can't copy the...

Advice on chartering in the Med

Gocek. We want last year. Chartered a Jeanneau 45. Hard work to sail her but rewarding. We cruised east and west of Fetheiye and found some wonderful places. Tomb bay is idilic. We chose not to go with the flotilla but wish we had by the end, if only to spar with other boats and have a change party.

    Windvane steering gear

I bought a brand new, still in the box Navik on EBay for £840. It was bought in the 90s and never even fitted. As my boat has a sugar scoop I had to get the lower arms extend by a few inches. It works a treat once set up. Parts are hard to buy though but it did come with some spares and I know...

    Anyone know Poole harbour?

I stayed there last year and jolly pleasant it was too. I know one of the members (currently circumnavigating the uk in Seawolf30 so I can't get hold of him) there. His mooring is a long way from Parkstone though and I would not like to do that journey in a tender! I shall call them though...

    Anyone know Poole harbour?

I have one of the best alarms, i had to import it from the States. Step in my cock pit and a pressure senors will set of the deck lights and 130db alarm. Whether anyone will respond to that I have no idea? Lake yard or Stevensons is exactly where I'm thinking. May be I should just go further west?

    Anyone know Poole harbour?

Andy I know what you and the others are saying. I want to sail in some new areas and getting further west in a boat takes so much time. Plus I can get a floating mooring in Poole for the summer for about £900 near Hamworthy. In the winter I can put her back in Chi for about £500 or move her...

    Anyone know Poole harbour?

Ahoy. I'm thinking of moving the yacht out of Chi-marina and further afield. Poole looks interesting with lots of options. I've only sailed there once but would like to explore there more and further west. Where would one recommend for reasonable mooring with all tide access, club facilities...
