Winds are looking Westerly for the weekend, hoping to go through chicken rock/calf of Man at LW slack but that will mean reaching Langness in the middle of the flood.
Just wondering if anyone can advise if it is possible to stay close inshore at Langness point to miss the overfalls if going through about 2 hrs before high water, rather than at slack. Or if we should go well offshore. We shall be coming round the South of the Island and then heading North...
