some time ago one of the sailing mags ran a comparison on diesel tank treatment additives. one came out best by a long way ( it killed and turned the residue into an injector passable soln).what was its name pls??

I want a cheap way to stop the prop and shaft becoming fouled. Ive used antifoul previously and a mate suggests black grate polish......wots your tip??
