I've never found a Multitool blade that will easily cut stainless. As Roger says, a small grinder is the usual answer.

I use exactly those and add a small dab of CT1 on the adhesive pad. Needs a chisel to get them off (as I found last Friday!)

Pigment for polyester resin works fine in West epoxy.

I use Loctite for hydraulic steering joints as well. Never had any issues with leaks.
