We are with Stonaways, They seem to be a reasonable price but you are right the big issue we have found with others is the rig. we have a custom made made ( not your average selden) and then 3DI sails with rod rigging, drop that and its hard to justify replacement!

Oddly it works perfectly without this, it was wired in line with the switch panel and engine loom

I have this on my yanmar 2gm20f 2002 engine it’s between the wireing loom and the engine loom but the engine works with and without? With no differences? it’s not on any yanmar parts List

Its 100% not when moored, we do not have any 240V or bilge pumps onboard and all electronics are isolated when the switch is off. We were only in Dartmouth for 4 days and have had this issue for the past 18 months now, The new alternator was 12 months ago and problem for 18 months now...

We had no change in the problem after changing the alternator over,

The boat was unused for a month and new annodes were put on prior to motoring to and from Dartmouth, on return the prop annodes had 95% gone in the matter of 200 miles and 4 days ( I dove the boat after to check)

Thats intersting as Icom ( the new VHF) have said they its not needed to Ground! via the alternative stud

We had the new prop fitted in Aug 2021 ( had a wrap which caused the old one to come off) and the VHF was installed around the same time, however the New VHF was installed on the same wireing as the old one? the antenna was installed on the same plug as before. I will change all the wiring...

Hi, So This only seems to happen, when the boat is moving under engine not sail, No new kit installed recently except a VHF but this was installed on the same wireing and connections as before i can try to test will all kit off then turn each piece on Prop is folded and put into reverse

Looking for a decent marine election in Hamble ( not one that's just install) We have an issue with our anodes dissolving very quickly that needs to be addressed ( not other boats or our AC as we don't have it)

Does anyone know where to get Yanmar injectors serviced? marine power send them away so wondering if there is anyone else. boats in hamble

No other anodes as we are a race boat, currently the prop anodes and the saildrive one last 2-3 months max, paint is new on the sail drive,
