Crusty and grumpy boater, hates speeders, spongers, boaters without a licence. I'm fed up with folk moaning about the Thames. Just go enjoy it for what it is. And do stop whining about licence costs until the tax payer stops subsidising our hobby! Don't ask me to be your friend, friends are just a nuisance.
