Hoping to buy a family week / weekend cruiser soon, for sailing on the West coast. Considering a bilge keel Sadler 26 so I can dry out if needs be, as it'll me my wife and our 1yr old onboard.
I spent my youth sailing dinghys in north dublin, and did my day skipper in 2012. Not a lot of seatime since, but would like to build mileage & experience for my coastal skipper. So if anyone wants a good hand for a delivery or ocean race Id be very willing. Im a good cook too !
When Im ashore I like to surf, and also do middle distance triathlons (110km) and ultra trail running (>40km), so Im good with endurance events. Next Id really like to try my hand at endurance sailing.
