    Boating clubs

Windsor Yacht Club have various cruises/social get togethers, their web site being www.twyc.co.uk. They also benefit from a club house with bar that is open most weekends and lovely decking to sit on whilst watching friends cruise past.

    More on rafting alongside

As you are all probably aware, we are not adverse to rafting alongside. However, where possible we do like to be the boat that is bankside as some people may get a little upset if we moored alongside on a wet day and then wandered across their boat with a very muddy/wet retreiver puppy.

    No Regrets Tidal Terrorism!

If you really want a challenge and the tides are with your go for Bray to Chatham in one day. It can be done, we left Bray at 10am and arrived a Chatham 11pm. (I wouldn't really recommend this for your first tidal trip though.)

    Henley Women's Regatta

Re: Henley Women\'s Regatta Darren, I'm sure Debs, like me, much prefers the mens rowing - especially the 8s. Eight young men in lycra - what more can a girl want!!!

    Marina Good News

Re: More Marina Good News - MDL news No Darren, your maths is good, but I found you can get 5.8% from Halifax if you leave it for 3 months. Still come out on top if you pay mid-Jan but just had to work it out. Does the fact they will be earning interest on the money soon mean that the drinks...
