hi guys, Like all of us each year my Insurance is due for renewal and I am asking all to suggest companies worth asking for a quote my boat is a squadron 59 and kept in Spain my renewal quote is approx £1,600 and if I can save on that all to the good. Any suggestions gratefully received
Hi Clive, Just looked at the weather down there - it looks bad for wed next week 7,s easterly. NOT good news re diesel - why is it do you think? see you soon
hi Gregg - I own a 59 squadron and she is one of the finest boats on the water IMHO. FAIRLINE ARE AKIN TO THE ROLLS ROYCE OF THE SEA - you can buy with confidence that your enjoyment of the water shall be assured and only curtailed by your experience of the sea.
the main problem is that you will lose gain - by far the best thing to do is change wire for the correct length - if this is impractical I suggest that you use a male and female joint designed for the job
well Paul, she is most comfortable at about 12 knots - having said that she will do 18knots if the weather/ conditions demand that we "get out of dodge"- after a while bombing around at 25 knots on our Fairline squadron 59 gets a bit boring and its not often that the sea state allows this speed...
20mtrs
I agree with you - that's why I chose the Aqua-Star 65 a beautiful half way house
I would also mention that my 60ft Squadron is easy peeze to handle with my beautiful wife and I.
well we have been down in Duquesa costa del sol every mth for about 10 days and apart from it being a bit more windy than last few years the weather has been gorgeous - my wife likes it windy cos she says she has her own climate!!
