Started sailing in 1950\'s, taught sailing in 1960\'s at one of the first sailing schools to exist, before the RYA was formed, crossed Atlantic in own 30 footer, single handed from Carribbean up the East side of US.

If this means what I do when not working, then it is eating and sleeping.
