Hello Nick.
You might be interested in replacing your TP10 with mine. I have a brand new one from last year. It has hardly been used and is pristine. I am giving up boat ownership and crewing instead. If interested ,make me an offer I can't refuse!
Cheers
Frank.
Any opinions regarding using sliders (slugs) as opposed to a bolt rope . Slugs do tend to jamb but the sail lays tidily when down. Use of boltrope means that the sail has to come out of the mast slider which is tricky when singlehanded. What do you think?
Puerto Tomas Mestre is south of Torrevieja, near Cabo de Palos and north of Cartagena. The port is entered from the Med via a swing bridge and is on the Mar Menor. It's clean, well run and pleasant and could easily accomodate your boat size. Good Luck!
As an alternative to Alicante/Torrievieja, why not consider Tomas Mestre Port in La Manga del Mar Menor. There is usually plenty of room. Don't know about prices and I reckon crime is virtually non existant, due maybe to there being only one road from the mainland onto La Manga, so it's easily...
I 've just received a r/f genoa at a competitive price from C.J.International E-mail--ellbridge @aol.com. It's made in Hong Kong and seems as good as any more expensive make.
Good luck!
