Editing quoted content to deliberately misrepresent that which has been written is an example of behaviour users can find their accounts being restricted over, persistent misdeeds can eventually bring an end to a users' participation.

Ordinarily such restrictions are applied to accounts of users who have previously been barred from the forum.
