Personally i wouldn't get hung up on engine hours. There are probably better indicators of condition like how it runs\sounds, service history and what comes out of the exhaust. My boat is higher hours but cherished - think of all the neglected boats unsold on broker pontoons in this harsh...

I reckon the post covid price for a nice f37 is around £130k (asking). Pre covid about £95k. Whether the market stays buoyant is anyone’s guess, but there are some headwinds coming. Assume F36 would be similar.
