Looking at the pictures I see a lot of the rocks have cracks in them. Maybe those cracks could be used to fit a rock anchor as used in mountain climbing, they are easy to fit and can withstand thousands of pounds of force. It might come in handy if there is nothing to tie a rope around...

Even if the OP doesn't want/need airco for me it would makes sense to fit an airco capable generator anyway thinking it would help the resale value of the boat.

Top speed on props only is 25 knots, start up the turbine and you get another 30.000 HP good for another 5 knots extra, 30 knots while the fuel lasts. :)
