    i don't want to be flamed or spammed or whatever the geeky parlance is... but.. if its only for UK citizens and residents .. why is it called an <u>I</u> CC ,UKCC would be a more accurate name would it not.... obviously I dont have any knowledge of the ICC other than what I've read above...
