The 4-man Charter raft I have inflated here is 1650mm square, and 1300mm from bottom of floor to top of canopy.

Or just on the off-chance that you have some lying around on the boat, I've used Mylar sail repair tape with great effect on portlights and hatches with cracks to effect temporary repairs (one of which lasted a year and a half looking no worse that when it went on). Much better than sellotape.
