Wooden mast

On the lookout for a cheap wooden mast for my open fishing boat, ideally something thickish that i can then add a small lifting derrick to but not essential. Mainly want it to mount deck lights and nav lights. 20-25' would be nice but the thicker lower section of a longer snapped/broken mast might be good.

not sure i could afford the courier for such a long item. Tends to get very expensive for oversized stuff. whats the weight?

Not sure of the weight but estimate 30 to 40 lbs.
Happy to let you have it free to be honest as I am moving house and will probably cut it up but do see the problem about transport.

Just sending 10 ft mast down to Cornwall with Hermes. Have you tried them?

yeah, looked around and most have a 5m max length, have to keep looking within driving distance i think, thank you for the offer though.

Yeah, would stick it in my van but it's the distance that makes it uneconomical to drive and get it.
