I was given this to try out a smaller wheel for my Moody 38cc. If you are thinking of doing the same it is very useful to get a better idea of what size is ideal. In the end we cut down our existing wheel to 700mm. Equally if you are on a tight budget it is perfectly useable but not especially pretty in white painted cast aluminium.
