Seems like a good price. Why too good to be true?
They open doors, Elsans, pump outs, waterpoints (in theory) on the canals.

Boats are still insanely easy to nick. Hotwire across the terminals of a starter with screwdriver. I've never heard of an immobiliser on a boat but you'd think new ones might have them?

pinching a boat on river gonna be hard to find some where to take it to .... ,mine ways 14 ton so a bit hard to lift out as well
