I am restoring a 41\2 inch bottom action tufnol winch as a lockdown project. I am making a new tufnol part which has split that accepts the winch handle.

The winch handle itself also needs attention. One of the prongs on the end that is inserted into the bottom of the winch is broken. I believe it is chrome plated bronze,

Has anyone got one they dont want of know where I can get it repaired or replaced?

Just possibly might have one - certainly used to have one just a question of whether I kept it or not!
might be several weeks before I can get to the boat to check

Thank-you for your reply Howard, there is no hurry at all. I guess they come in different sizes. Mine is about 300mm long and slightly tapered, 40mm at winch end and 30mm at other end. Thanks in anticipation of looking.
