What Scottie said. If the hydraulic ram is at centre point and the bellcrank at 90 then the error is not there and you should rewind the cable onto the steering so the steering wheel comes out at dead centre.

However if the steering helmet has come off in the past and the bell crank removed to facilitate this then it is possible the pin has been inserted incorrectly on reassembly accounting for a sudden change. (But as above I am not 100% on this as my system with a tie bar works somewhat differently)

Right as a slight update I removed the pin and placed it in the next hole approx 10mm away as arrowed in the photo and there is a great improvement - not bang on but getting there so my next step will be to tie wrap up the cable which may just put it right.
